1. Ce que fait ArtisanGo

ArtisanGo sert de pont direct entre votre appareil mobile (sur le terrain) et votre compte Bexio. La connexion se fait via le protocole standard OAuth 2.0 : vos identifiants Bexio ne transitent jamais par ArtisanGo, seul un jeton d’accès temporaire nous est délivré, avec votre autorisation explicite.

2. Données consultées

Selon les autorisations que vous accordez lors de la connexion, ArtisanGo peut lire et/ou modifier les catégories de données suivantes dans votre compte Bexio :

• Heures de travail et rapports de prestations
• Catalogue d’articles et tarifs
• Factures et devis
• Contacts clients (coordonnées, historique)
• Notes liées aux contacts
• Informations bancaires de l’entreprise (nom de banque, IBAN — utilisées uniquement pour pré-remplir vos documents PDF)
• Fichiers et justificatifs (reçus scannés)

Ces accès sont strictement nécessaires au fonctionnement des fonctionnalités correspondantes de l’app. Vous pouvez révoquer l’accès à tout moment depuis votre compte Bexio.

3. Autorisations de l’appareil

En plus des données Bexio, ArtisanGo peut demander deux autorisations directement sur votre téléphone, chacune optionnelle et liée à une fonctionnalité précise :

• Contacts du téléphone — uniquement si vous choisissez de synchroniser vos clients Bexio avec le carnet d’adresses de votre téléphone, pour les retrouver facilement lors d’un appel ou SMS.
• Localisation — utilisée ponctuellement, uniquement pour pré-remplir automatiquement l’adresse d’une intervention ou d’un rapport. Aucun suivi en continu, aucune localisation en arrière-plan.

4. Stockage et sécurité

ArtisanGo fonctionne sans serveur intermédiaire. Vos identifiants et jetons d’accès sont chiffrés (AES-256) et stockés uniquement en local sur votre téléphone. L’app communique directement, via une connexion chiffrée (HTTPS), avec les serveurs officiels de Bexio — jamais avec un serveur tiers appartenant à ArtisanGo.

5. Partage des données

Nous ne vendons, n’échangeons ni ne louons vos données personnelles ou professionnelles à qui que ce soit.

ArtisanGo utilise deux prestataires techniques externes, qui ne reçoivent jamais vos données métier (contacts, factures, heures) :

• RevenueCat — gestion de l’abonnement in-app (reçoit uniquement des informations liées à l’achat, via un identifiant anonyme)
• Services Google Play — scan de documents et reconnaissance de texte (traitement effectué directement sur votre appareil)

6. Vos droits

Vous pouvez à tout moment déconnecter ArtisanGo de votre compte Bexio, révoquer les autorisations de l’appareil dans les réglages système, supprimer les données stockées localement en désinstallant l’app, ou nous contacter pour toute question relative à vos données.

ArtisanGo dient als direkte Brücke zwischen Ihrem Mobilgerät (vor Ort) und Ihrem Bexio-Konto. Die Verbindung erfolgt über den Standard OAuth 2.0: Ihre Bexio-Zugangsdaten durchlaufen niemals ArtisanGo, es wird uns lediglich ein temporäres Zugriffstoken mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung erteilt.

2. Abgerufene Daten

Je nach den bei der Verbindung erteilten Berechtigungen kann ArtisanGo folgende Datenkategorien in Ihrem Bexio-Konto lesen und/oder bearbeiten:

• Arbeitsstunden und Leistungsrapporte
• Artikelkatalog und Preise
• Rechnungen und Offerten
• Kundenkontakte (Adressdaten, Verlauf)
• Notizen zu Kontakten
• Bankangaben des Unternehmens (Bankname, IBAN — nur zum Vorausfüllen Ihrer PDF-Dokumente)
• Dateien und Belege (gescannte Quittungen)

Diese Zugriffe sind für die entsprechenden App-Funktionen zwingend erforderlich. Sie können den Zugriff jederzeit über Ihr Bexio-Konto widerrufen.

3. Geräteberechtigungen

Zusätzlich zu den Bexio-Daten kann ArtisanGo zwei Berechtigungen direkt auf Ihrem Telefon anfragen, jeweils optional und an eine konkrete Funktion gebunden:

• Telefonkontakte — nur wenn Sie sich entscheiden, Ihre Bexio-Kunden mit dem Adressbuch Ihres Telefons zu synchronisieren, um sie bei Anrufen oder SMS leicht wiederzufinden.
• Standort — punktuell genutzt, nur um die Adresse eines Einsatzes oder Rapports automatisch vorauszufüllen. Keine fortlaufende Nachverfolgung, keine Standorterfassung im Hintergrund.

4. Speicherung und Sicherheit

ArtisanGo funktioniert ohne zwischengeschalteten Server. Ihre Zugangsdaten und Zugriffstoken werden verschlüsselt (AES-256) und ausschliesslich lokal auf Ihrem Telefon gespeichert. Die App kommuniziert direkt über eine verschlüsselte Verbindung (HTTPS) mit den offiziellen Bexio-Servern — niemals mit einem Drittserver von ArtisanGo.

5. Datenweitergabe

Wir verkaufen, tauschen oder vermieten Ihre persönlichen oder geschäftlichen Daten unter keinen Umständen.

ArtisanGo nutzt zwei externe technische Dienstleister, die niemals Ihre Geschäftsdaten (Kontakte, Rechnungen, Stunden) erhalten:

• RevenueCat — Verwaltung des In-App-Abonnements (erhält nur kaufbezogene Informationen über eine anonyme Kennung)
• Google Play-Dienste — Dokumentenscan und Texterkennung (Verarbeitung direkt auf Ihrem Gerät)

6. Ihre Rechte

Sie können ArtisanGo jederzeit von Ihrem Bexio-Konto trennen, die Geräteberechtigungen in den Systemeinstellungen widerrufen, lokal gespeicherte Daten durch Deinstallation der App löschen oder uns bei Fragen zu Ihren Daten kontaktieren.

ArtisanGo funge da ponte diretto tra il vostro dispositivo mobile (sul cantiere) e il vostro account Bexio. Il collegamento avviene tramite il protocollo standard OAuth 2.0: le vostre credenziali Bexio non transitano mai attraverso ArtisanGo, ci viene rilasciato solo un token di accesso temporaneo, con la vostra autorizzazione esplicita.

2. Dati consultati

In base alle autorizzazioni concesse al momento del collegamento, ArtisanGo può leggere e/o modificare le seguenti categorie di dati nel vostro account Bexio:

• Ore di lavoro e rapporti di prestazione
• Catalogo articoli e tariffe
• Fatture e preventivi
• Contatti clienti (dati anagrafici, cronologia)
• Note collegate ai contatti
• Dati bancari dell’azienda (nome della banca, IBAN — utilizzati solo per precompilare i vostri documenti PDF)
• File e giustificativi (ricevute scansionate)

Questi accessi sono strettamente necessari al funzionamento delle relative funzionalità dell’app. Potete revocare l’accesso in qualsiasi momento dal vostro account Bexio.

3. Autorizzazioni del dispositivo

Oltre ai dati Bexio, ArtisanGo può richiedere due autorizzazioni direttamente sul vostro telefono, ciascuna opzionale e legata a una funzione precisa:

• Contatti del telefono — solo se scegliete di sincronizzare i vostri clienti Bexio con la rubrica del telefono, per ritrovarli facilmente durante una chiamata o un SMS.
• Posizione — utilizzata occasionalmente, solo per precompilare automaticamente l’indirizzo di un intervento o di un rapporto. Nessun tracciamento continuo, nessuna rilevazione della posizione in background.

4. Archiviazione e sicurezza

ArtisanGo funziona senza server intermedio. Le vostre credenziali e i token di accesso sono cifrati (AES-256) e memorizzati esclusivamente in locale sul vostro telefono. L’app comunica direttamente, tramite connessione cifrata (HTTPS), con i server ufficiali di Bexio — mai con un server terzo di proprietà di ArtisanGo.

5. Condivisione dei dati

Non vendiamo, scambiamo né affittiamo i vostri dati personali o professionali a chicchessia.

ArtisanGo utilizza due fornitori tecnici esterni, che non ricevono mai i vostri dati aziendali (contatti, fatture, ore):

• RevenueCat — gestione dell’abbonamento in-app (riceve solo informazioni relative all’acquisto, tramite un identificativo anonimo)
• Servizi Google Play — scansione documenti e riconoscimento del testo (elaborazione eseguita direttamente sul vostro dispositivo)

6. I vostri diritti

Potete in qualsiasi momento scollegare ArtisanGo dal vostro account Bexio, revocare le autorizzazioni del dispositivo dalle impostazioni di sistema, eliminare i dati memorizzati localmente disinstallando l’app, oppure contattarci per qualsiasi domanda relativa ai vostri dati.

ArtisanGo acts as a direct bridge between your mobile device (on the job site) and your Bexio account. The connection uses the standard OAuth 2.0 protocol: your Bexio credentials never pass through ArtisanGo — only a temporary access token is issued to us, with your explicit authorization.

2. Data accessed

Depending on the permissions you grant when connecting, ArtisanGo may read and/or edit the following categories of data in your Bexio account:

• Work hours and work reports
• Article catalog and pricing
• Invoices and quotes
• Client contacts (details, history)
• Notes attached to contacts
• Company bank details (bank name, IBAN — used only to pre-fill your PDF documents)
• Files and receipts (scanned documents)

These accesses are strictly required for the corresponding app features to work. You can revoke access at any time from your Bexio account.

3. Device permissions

In addition to Bexio data, ArtisanGo may request two permissions directly on your phone, each optional and tied to a specific feature:

• Phone contacts — only if you choose to sync your Bexio clients with your phone’s address book, so you can easily find them when calling or texting.
• Location — used on a one-time basis, only to automatically pre-fill the address of a job or report. No continuous tracking, no background location.

4. Storage and security

ArtisanGo works without an intermediate server. Your credentials and access tokens are encrypted (AES-256) and stored exclusively locally on your phone. The app communicates directly, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), with Bexio’s official servers — never with a third-party server owned by ArtisanGo.

5. Data sharing

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal or business data to anyone.

ArtisanGo uses two external technical providers, which never receive your business data (contacts, invoices, hours):

• RevenueCat — in-app subscription management (only receives purchase-related information, via an anonymous identifier)
• Google Play services — document scanning and text recognition (processed directly on your device)

6. Your rights

You can disconnect ArtisanGo from your Bexio account at any time, revoke device permissions in your system settings, delete locally stored data by uninstalling the app, or contact us with any question about your data.
