1. Objet de l’application

ArtisanGo est un outil facilitant la saisie de données sur le terrain — heures de travail, articles, facturation, gestion de contacts — avec synchronisation directe vers votre compte Bexio. L’app peut aussi être utilisée hors ligne, sans compte Bexio, en mode local uniquement.

2. Prérequis et accès

L’utilisation des fonctionnalités liées à Bexio nécessite un compte Bexio actif et valide. Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants Bexio et de toute activité effectuée depuis votre compte via l’application.

3. Responsabilités et limites

ArtisanGo est une application tierce et n’est pas affiliée à Bexio AG.

Les interruptions, pannes ou modifications de l’API Bexio ne relèvent pas de la responsabilité du développeur d’ArtisanGo. L’utilisateur assume seul la responsabilité de l’exactitude des données saisies et transmises via l’application.

4. Abonnements

Certaines fonctionnalités sont réservées aux paliers d’abonnement payants (Solo, Team, Business), gérés via Google Play. La facturation, le renouvellement et l’annulation des abonnements sont gérés directement par Google Play selon ses propres conditions.

5. Modification des conditions

Ces conditions générales peuvent être modifiées à tout moment. Il est de la responsabilité de l’utilisateur de consulter régulièrement cette page pour prendre connaissance des mises à jour.

1. Zweck der Anwendung

ArtisanGo ist ein Werkzeug zur Erfassung von Daten vor Ort — Arbeitsstunden, Artikel, Rechnungsstellung, Kontaktverwaltung — mit direkter Synchronisierung mit Ihrem Bexio-Konto. Die App kann auch offline, ohne Bexio-Konto, im reinen lokalen Modus genutzt werden.

2. Voraussetzungen und Zugang

Für die Nutzung der Bexio-Funktionen ist ein aktives und gültiges Bexio-Konto erforderlich. Sie sind für die Vertraulichkeit Ihrer Bexio-Zugangsdaten sowie für jegliche über die App durchgeführte Aktivität verantwortlich.

3. Verantwortlichkeiten und Haftungsbeschränkung

ArtisanGo ist eine Drittanbieter-Anwendung und nicht mit Bexio AG verbunden.

Unterbrechungen, Ausfälle oder Änderungen der Bexio-API liegen nicht in der Verantwortung des Entwicklers von ArtisanGo. Der Nutzer trägt allein die Verantwortung für die Richtigkeit der über die App erfassten und übermittelten Daten.

4. Abonnements

Bestimmte Funktionen sind kostenpflichtigen Abonnementstufen vorbehalten (Solo, Team, Business), die über Google Play verwaltet werden. Abrechnung, Verlängerung und Kündigung der Abonnements erfolgen direkt über Google Play gemäss dessen eigenen Bedingungen.

5. Änderung der Bedingungen

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen können jederzeit geändert werden. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Nutzers, diese Seite regelmässig auf Aktualisierungen zu prüfen.

ArtisanGo è un’applicazione di terze parti e non è affiliata a Bexio AG.

Le interruzioni, i guasti o le modifiche dell’API di Bexio non sono responsabilità dello sviluppatore di ArtisanGo. L’utente si assume da solo la responsabilità dell’esattezza dei dati inseriti e trasmessi tramite l’applicazione.

Alcune funzionalità sono riservate ai livelli di abbonamento a pagamento (Solo, Team, Business), gestiti tramite Google Play. La fatturazione, il rinnovo e la disdetta degli abbonamenti sono gestiti direttamente da Google Play secondo le sue condizioni.

Using Bexio-related features requires an active, valid Bexio account. You are responsible for keeping your Bexio credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account through the app.

ArtisanGo is a third-party application and is not affiliated with Bexio AG.
